 With family by her side Zieda passed away at her home on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at the age of 78. Beloved wife of the late Krishna “Vay”. Loved mother of Ken, Jimmy, Sharlene, Rhonda, Karlene; and mother-in-law to Denise, Arlene, Lalchan, and Gerardo. Cherished grandmother of Brent, LaToya, Christian, Caresse, Shandel, Jean-Pierre, Kheron, Khevin, Ginnette, Matthew, Reinaldo, Anthony, Maria, Kendra, Nyan, Keegan; and GG of Imani, Anara, Lanalia, Lauryn, and Kaia. Zieda will be forever loved and remembered as a beloved sister and friend to many. Relatives and friends will be received at LEGACY FUNERAL HOME 55 Cedar Pointe Drive, Barrie (parking and main entrance on Highway 400 side of building) on Saturday, February 25, 2023 from 3 – 5 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 65 Amelia Street, Barrie on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at 10 o’clock am and livestreamed at https://www.facebook.com/St.MarysBarrie/live

Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery, Barrie. Memorial donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
